This Hitachi C7 BMR saw have all the great features I like . It is reasonable light weight in its class because it have some part make from aluminum motor housing , shoe platform and magnesium saw blade cover. It has nice clean looking light green industrial paint which I like a lot. The included Hitachi saw blade is good, plus a quiet ,durable,powerful motor cut woods fast and no burn mark and it cuts very straight.
Every time I use this saw, I feel impressed Hitachi Engineers invent such a wonderful power tool .Thank you Hitachi ,a reputable name brand I only buy.

I have been using this saw about 2 years. As a contractor I own many circular saws, but find myself reaching for my Hitachi more than any of the others . Its table has a coner notched out making the end of a rip easier. Traditional design without all the gizmos therefore keeping the weight down. great power for all day cuts. I would recommend this saw to anyone. Great product at a great price.

My opinion of the Hitachi C7BMR is that it’s a great circular saw that is on the same level as Dewalt/Makita and other saws.My only complaints are that the saw came with no carrying case and one can not bought from Hitach.Second my saw when removed from the box looked like it was used or repaired then put backed in the box.Hitachi should make a small cut off saw like the RotoZip also.Joe

I needed an everyday saw for my back yard projects and the price was good. The saw did the job I wanted to do. I pushed it through a lot of wood and it kept on going. It came with a great blade and that made the jobs so much easier. I never owned a Hitachi before and with what I experienced, the name Hitachi has left me with a good feeling.

I bought this saw and when I got home and took it out of the box I went to set the depth to make a cut but the lever that locks the depth in place broke off the saw, so I returned it to the store I got it from and grabbed another saw but the same model. and I haven’t had a problem since.
