I was disappointed it did not cut through a 2×4. However, my 15 yr. old grandson loves it.

Did all that was advertised, Hand grip is unwieldy and tiring for extended cuts. The ‘dual’ trigger is difficult to master considering the hand gri being unwieldy. I cannot envision the clean shirted workmen ‘models’ in the advertisements being able to continuously employ the tool’s trigger with gloves. I had several restarts when the saw cut out in mid cut.
Last comment: the laser light goes through batteries like Grant took Richmond.
Would I buy one again? No.

I have been considering making this purchase for quite some time, and I’m glad that I finally did it. What a terrific tool! As anyone who has around the house projects can attest, sometimes the table saw, or the full size hand held circular saw, just isn’t the way to go. The size of this saw makes it ideal for working in tight quarters. As with any new power tool, get some scrap wood out and give it a test drive or two before moving on to your first project. It takes a little getting used to, but that’s true of any new tool. The pressure needed to hold the blade down in the cutting position is a little more than I expected, but I don’t think that it’s enough to cause any hand, wrist, or arm fatigue. I’ve only tried it on wood, so far, so I can’t speak to it’s effectiveness with metal or tile, but I’m looking forward to giving it a go. It’s small, lightweight and very portable, but it’s a real quality power saw. I’m looking forward to checking some projects off of the list!

I have used mine several times and it has worked perfectly. Being a female, I cant really hold heavy stuff for any length of time but this is light weight and easy to use. I love my little saw.
