I selected this saw based on detailed reviews that commended it as accurate and well-made. I have used the saw several times and am pleased with the performance. It was pretty accurate out of the box and it was easy to dial it in the rest of the way. I'm very happy with the saw.

The best saw I could find!

I looked at a lot of compound mitre saws, even different sizes. I read reviews and compared prices. For the money and the high ratings I saw I thought this to be the best saw for the money. As I'm reminded (By my wife) I'm rarely right, but this time I hit the it on the head! Out of the box dead accurate cuts. A lot of packaging, but that ends up protecting the saw in transit. Yes, I would tell any friend about this being the saw they want!

Haven't used it too much yet but setup and calibration were intuitive and easy as long as you pre-read the instructions. After seeing the blade I had concerns about the quality of the cut but several cuts through 3/4 inch plywood, oak and pine gave smooth, high-quality cuts. A very good value for the money. Excellent saw for the diy'er! I would like a place to store the wrench for the blade like the hex wrench has. Would just be convenient because I'll likely lose it and have to walk the 6 steps over to my toolbox for another. My genius self forgot to flip the left fence back over before making an angled cut. Destroyed my fine blade and the fence. It was the last cut of the project. Nice work, dufus!

love the power,don't like where the start button is located and didn't come with side support pieces which when i tried to order wrer almost half the cost of the saw

This was my first major tool purchase, and I have not been disappointed. I did a ton of research on miter saws and this one came out on top with the 12" size and dual bevel feature. Definitely recommend.

Good saw for the price.

Good all around saw, have used it for quite a few projects so far and has worked well. Bought it cause it was priced right, and need a better saw than the small harbor freight one I had been using. The laser is pretty much useless though, cant see it in bright light and disappears when you bring the saw blade down. Wish the extensions came with it, they are ridiculously priced to buy separately.

check your bevel angles.

So far so good. Only issue I have is the bevel degree markers are off. To be at zero degrees on both sides, it will not read at zero degrees. You basically have to have them both equally off to be exact. It's a minor thing, but pretty annoying.

Excellent saw and value. I would have given 5 stars except the laser and the dust collections is less than par. But over all you couldn’t find a better saw for the money.
