Out of the box the components were lined up well and the cutting angles are accurate. The directions were a bit lacking in how to finish it's set up so I referred to YouTube videos to help complete that portion of the process. I had the ability to use the saw outside to minimize indoor mess, however the laser is pretty much useless if there is any sunshine. Even without being able to use the laser overall performance and ease of use was good. However, the plastic dust guide assembly which includes the bevel angle scale was cracked when the saw was delivered and unpacked. I contacted Metabo support and they quickly responded with an order for a replacement of the part.
