They should have told me.

I'm very happy with the performance of the say. I also liked the quick shipping. My only disappointment is that I thought I was purchasing a new saw. The item they sent was labeled as reconditioned. (RECON). They should have told me I was buying a refurbished or reconditioned item. I may have bought it anyway, I just don't like feeling tricked.
