Complete Junk

Complete junk. Arrived today via FedEx. Opened the box to find that the manual inside was for a band saw. Took the styrofoam out to find a loose nut in the bag with the saw. Took to the shop to mount to my workbench. Tried to install a better blade than what comes with it and the blade holder snapped in half. I packed it up and returned it to the store. Had this piece of crap in my possession for less than 2 hours. Very disappointed with the quality of this saw, I guess you really do get what you pay for. I have owned a Dremel scroll saw for over 20 years, the brushes went out on it and this was to replace it. I'll have to keep shopping. If you're looking for a quality affordable scroll saw this isn't it, avoid this saw.

The machine is a piece of crap and it is not worth to buy it. I replaced 4 blades! The lower blade holder broke! I am not very happy with it. NOT worth to buy!

Good saw for any one even for first time scroll saw users i have been scroll sawing for ten years and love the wen scroll saw easy to use and was a very good deal for a low cost saw .I would recommend it to any one easy blade change very quiet and fun to use .

I like the price and the overall performance for that price compared to more expensive options. There is no place to store an Allen wrench or blades. Access to the lower blade holder is difficult due to the cramped space. The quality of the blade holders for non-pinned blades is barely adequate. You definitely have to clean any lubricant and rough up the blade tips to have great success. The blade tension mechanism works OK once you get used to it. High quality non-pinned blades perform MUCH better on thicker stock. Given that the price was 25% of the top of the line, and I will only use it occasionally, it meets my needs fairly well.
